Great experience with warranty service
I had an Orbit hose timer that failed after only two summers of use. SInce there was a seven year warranty and I had the receipt I contacted orbit about the problem. The represenative walked me through some troubleshooting, and once it was determined that the device was beyond repair, she arranged for me to receive a new timer. I appreciate this level of service!
