Customer Service Second to none.
I'm very impressed with the level of customer service. I received my rake in a timely manner. As a retired 42 year turbine engineer (from General Electric) I was beyond impressed with the level of detail in the assembly instructions. I have never received that kind of detail in my many years of purchases. My rating is for customer service and product for now because I've not gotten to use it yet. I will rate the performance later. I would highly recommend Woodland Products! Richard Smith
