Great support
I've been using Hasleo backup software for about 6 months now and love both the software and probably even more the great support you receive. I previously used another product and ran into a problem. It generally took days to get a response, and I went back and forth with them numerous times without getting any resolution to the issue. I tried Hasleo. Had the same issue (turns out it was a Microsoft update problem) but Hasleo's support knew what the issue was and let me know what to do. Best part is that Hasleo always responds immediately. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than 30 minutes to get a reply. This latest support ticket was no different, and again they had the right answer for what the problem was. I think this is the best support staff I've ever encountered.
