UK482515933YP Order #C12057630 - DELIVERED at WRONG ADDRESS - REFUND REQUEST
I have tracked the status of my purchase on the shipping company Yanwen website which entrusted IMile with completing the delivery in Italy (Order #C12057630, tracking number UK482515933YP, made on the COMMENSE website on 21st September). However, the package appears to have been delivered to a completely WRONG address, different from the one specified during the purchase process. I have sent them an e-mail attaching the two photos uploaded by the courier, Vincenzo Marino, which show the delivery confirmation. On the photos, it is stated that the actual recipient was me, which is a completely false statement, as this is not my address and I did not receive anything. Indeed, my house's security cameras don't show any courier making the delivery, and no one has contacted me on the mobile number I provided during the purchase. I demand a full refund of €63.31 or for the package to be re-sent to my correct address. Thank you, Best regards.
