SCAM ISSUE
I was at DBS bank at Plaza Sing on 11 Oct 2025. I got scam issues with my debit card. I met Amandah Chan. My intention was just to highlight to her that I did not rec'd any messages from them that someone is stealing from my account. At the same time, I need to get a new debit card for replacement. She listened to me attentively and running over my babk statements. She is very manner, very experience and alert which makes me very comfortable. After photocopying all my statements, she will try to put up a claim for me (something like that) to the higher authority but successful or not is unsure. I felt so touched that she wanted to help me further. Lastly I just told whatever the result is, I will accept it. I keep thanking her for going beyond for what she is doing. One thing for sure, DBS trains their staff very well. Keep up the good work. 👍👍
