Time-sensitive Account Verification
I inadvertently blocked myself from my account when I lost access to my 2FA number. I'm currently abroad and the international account verification process is more complex than domestic. Ericka M. and others at Human Interest were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Regaining access was a time-sensitive issue and Ericka fielded /a lot/ of calls and emails from me as I stressed about it.
