This is a Nightmare
This is a nightmare. My Renogy 100 watt system and battery I purchased from them just stopped working. I contacted them and suddenly I'm on thee roof of my RV with a meter trying to take readings for them to go through the warranty process. I literally have 20 hours into trying to satisfy them! Now they want me to go back up on the roof, remove the panels, and ship them back to them so they can "test them". Plus, lucky me, I get to go find a box to ship them myself! And, I'll have holes in my roof while they scheme how to find a way out of the warranty. DO NOT trust these people unless you are an attorney and electrical engineer. With 22% of their ratings at 1 or below, they should be subject to a class action suit!!!
