Avoid like the plague
I would like to thank Swangift for reminding me that not all business’ are legitimate and professional. And for reminding me to read reviews before purchasing online, as what is offered is not always what is provided, in order to not waste my time and money like I unfortunately did. On ordering a custom carved woodwork piece, where the photo is meant to be “carved into wood”, “hand painted and burned on natural wood” with “3D detail", I received a piece of wood that had a low quality picture printed, not carved, by what looked like a cheap printer that needed an ink change. In essence, firewood kindling… On advising my dissatisfaction and requesting a correctly produced item, I was asked to pay for postage upfront (I eventually begrudgingly agreed), but then refused when I was given a new invoice where the postage was 170% of the original postage amount! I was then given a 50% refund for my firewood… Credit where due, the time for postage, response in emails and refund was satisfactory.
