Poor communication
Poor communication. No response in the chat when I tried for 3 days to get access details from an unresponsive host and Agoda themselves (self check in). Lent to a very stressful check in that ended in emails and phone calls to the host while I sat locked out of the apartment (4pm) Tried to write review in Agoda. It dropped off. Tried to communicate w Agoda and it kept giving me AI responses that it couldn’t understand my question. Chats are auto generated - still trying to resolve - mostly I just want to know where my review disappeared to???
