False Advertising and Admitted Deception
Product purchased based on images from their site and what was received did not reflect the intentional deception they are advertising! Pictures on their site and social media depicted a 3 dimensional figurine created and customised based on a photo you provide. What you receive is a 2D piece of plastic with a sticker on it. When speaking with customer service, they admitted to using different images than the products they send because “3D one is only a photo to create a positive image”. Was offered 10% refund and then after a few messages, 20%. Not acceptable. I feel like I fell for a scam and hope this review prevents others receiving the same experience and disappointment I did.
