Disrespected. Disappointed.
The products are as pictured on the website, but the shipping method sure could use some improvement. My expensive wedding dress and bouquets were merely STUFFED into a SMALL box, which resulted in a very wrinkled wedding dress and scrunched flowers. I am disappointed in the shipping choice of such expensive products - especially my wedding dress, which is for my once in a lifetime day! It was disrespectful to shove it into a tiny box and destroy it’s appearance. Now I have to have it professionally steamed in an attempt to remove the wrinkles and creases. Very disappointing to say the least.
