Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! Ordered 9/11 because I had a wedding to attend on 10/11. I was notified it was delivered at 3am. Did not receive anything emailed them since that's the only way we can communicate. (Takes them hoursssss or days to respond) She claims it was delivered nothing can be done. They send a Google like picture of my home in broad daylight but claim to delivered it during the nighttime? Which she couldn't give me an answer. I paid almost 80$ which I'm not just going to freely let them keep my money. I am STILL fighting them on this issue and they can't resolve anything. That package protection you pay in case this happens? A JOKE!
