Not a trustworthy compan
I’m very disappointed with this company. It’s not clearly stated that you don’t get your fitting fee refunded when returning the dresses. They claim it’s to cover shipping costs, but there’s no way the shipping actually costs as much as the so-called “fitting fee.” Had I known this beforehand, I would never have ordered 4 dresses in different sizes from them. On top of that, they’re now trying to claim that I didn’t return all the dresses — which I absolutely did. It really feels like they’re trying to squeeze extra money out of their customers. This is not a trustworthy company. I strongly warn everyone against ordering from them!
