I purchased V Shred’s VIP Coaching Program for $4,300 expecting six months of personalized training, nutrition guidance, and supplements. Unfortunately, after one week of participation, I was hospitalized and medically unable to continue. Despite providing medical documentation and requesting cancellation, V Shred has only offered a partial refund of $3,247, keeping over $1,000 for “services rendered,” even though I could not continue and the included supplements were never delivered. Their customer service representative has repeatedly stated that this decision is “final,” even though my usage can be verified through their own app as ending after the first week. I have also continued to receive marketing emails despite requesting account closure. I understand that some initial setup has value, but I believe the company’s handling of this situation has been unfair and inflexible.
