I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered the next day after I completed everything I realized I wasn’t able to add a card, I tried to call and add a note transferred 3 times and all they could say was they couldn’t do anything until the next day so I tried to cancel the order I couldn’t even do that! I work retail and know exceptions can be made( add a note to the am delivery’s is not hard) I’ve had other problems in the store but never said anything On top of that a 7.00 tip fee on top of delivery fee was added I’ve had problems before and hadn’t been in but since they were right across the street I thought how can they screw up!!! Hopefully she likes the flowers and I can let her know they are from me but I’ll never shop there again
