I ordered a $120 item, followed up 10 days later when I hadn't been notified of shipment. I was told the item was out of stock, but that I could pick something else and get a 30% coupon. When I declined that offer, they then offered a 50% coupon to pick something else. I haven't gotten a response to my "please refund my card forthwith" email. Not cool.
