Fraudulent card use
I used this website when it was just Raise. The only cards I ever purchased was for Panera Bread. They worked well. And everything was fine. Around March or April I recognized 2 charges for 2 gift cards for Uber which I have never used in my life. I immediately contested these charges with my bank and they refunded me the money. The next month, the bank took the money again indicating that GCX Raise had reattached my account. On that statement, there was a new charge for another Uber card. I contested it again and my bank indicated.I should change my card number. Given that I had to change my card number twice in the last several months prior i chose not to and proceeded to the GCX website to correct the problem. After multiple communications with what appears to be a bot asking me for all the information on these electronic cards dates and numbers. I proceeded to have to answer these questions multiple times with the same responses of we need more information, which I did not have. Now, the ninety days have gone by, they claim they have no remedy for this problem. The kicker is that they never should have had access to my newest card. Given that I had changed the numbers multiple times from when I had used it years earlier
