Would give no stars if there was a choice. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE! Booked my stay with an apartment to then receive an email two hours ago before saying that it had been cancelled. I had called Aldgate apartments and they had said they couldn’t find my booking. I then got another email at 3 pm (check in time) to say that it had been confirmed. Trying to receive a refund as the money had left my account is impossible. They take you around in circles. Pretend to ring the apartment where you’re staying and don’t actually call them! Have you on the phone for an hour to say no refund!! Worst place ever!!
