This company charged me £70 on tickets totally £85. You are only aware of this after you have purchased. I was in a rush so had not had much time to check cost via train providers but when I received my tickets via the app I realised this company are operating in a highly unethical way. I now have to wait 7 days for a refund. How do they get away with this?
