I recently bought the above PC and received it on 05/09/2025. I used it for 4 weeks and the laptop has failed. I cannot get it to work again. I have lost all my data as I am unable use the laptop. I would like to get a refund for the laptop. How do I receive a refund as I am not happy with the laptop. It is defective. Please confirm I can receive my refund. Thank you.
