Still Haven’t Received My Order After Nearly Two Months
I placed an order on Grimfrost’s website almost two months ago for a pendant, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve tried to be patient, but this delay is far beyond reasonable. There’s been little to no communication or update on my order status, and I’m starting to feel like I may never get what I paid for. I was really excited to support Grimfrost because of their reputation and the quality of their products, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope they resolve this soon, but until then, I can’t recommend ordering from them unless you’re prepared to wait indefinitely and deal with poor customer service.
