We decided to go with Qidi for our print farm. We ordered 3 initial printers for sample prints to check machine attributes and boxes of filiment from PLA, TPU, CF, ABS and so on. Although the printers themselves Q2 and Q4 have been great, the Max4 seems to be very temperamental. Deleting it's own config file. The support team were quick to resolve. The main issue we have is the AMS equivelent Qidi box we ordered nearly 2months ago. We are unable to complete print trials or order new machines without it. Contacting Qidi to get an update has been very difficult. I have found an email address here and hope they can update us as to when we will receive the two Qidi boxes.
