Order never shipped
I placed an order on Sept 19th and have not received it. I have emailed the company and twice been told it is going to take additional time to ship. The website indicates orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and to allow 10-15 days for shipping. It's been over a month, my order hasn't shipped and I'm told it won't ship for another 2 weeks. Response to below, I’ve contacted the company via email 4 times, they’ve responded only twice with pushing the ship date out 10-15 days. They ignore my request to cancel the order.
