The chat associate,Michelle, was awesome. She explained the confusion that I had with an accidental order that I didn't want. She tried to buffer the sting, so to speak, over the orderwith taking off the shipping charge and sending an extra bottle. I'm definitely not happy with how it happened, and you can read the messages for info,nor any better of a resolution due to I tried to cancel but didn't do it right and I can't afford it. I still have to pay and can't return for a refund even after 6 years of loyal service. Thank you, Michelle Mendez
