NO HELP
Tech came out. Identified the issue. Unable to repair, needed part. Never heard back. Had to call, TWICE, they were unable to get in touch with tech. Have no solution! $90.00 for nothing! Called another company. They came out same day and installed the part. They obviously don't vet their contractors very well!
