Brooke K was our first point of contact. She listened to what we were looking for then provided different options and explained each one carefully and thoroughly so that we could pick the right one for us. She was responsive, business like with a little personable added in there. It made the experience a good one. Our only criticism is on the Processor end. This person seemed to be confused and really, not sure what he was asking for or couldn’t point us in the right direction for documents that he was asking for. Sometimes bordering on rude. The end result was positive. Thank you
