Poorly packed at the factory
When I received the machine it was wet inside and out Seems that the reservoir for the water was not resealed tightly And had leaped during shipment. After several weeks of correspondence back and forth with the company they finally got a representative to walk me through why it would not connect to my computer. It was discovered that the USB key did not have the file to connect to the computer. All in all poor customer service It was very hard to get in contact with a human. Once I did everything went smoothly and everything was fixed. It took over three months to get the machine after being ordered and I was very disappointed when I received it in the condition I did.
