Great company with excellent staff and awesome product
We are so glad that we chose to go with Alunotec for our recent custom pergola purchase, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Everyone who has seen the finished structure has been extremely impressed by its modern look, sturdy build quality, and smart design. For prospective customers, rest assured, this is a top-notch product from a highly reputable company as evident by the many positive online reviews. The entire sales experience from initial contact to final delivery, was incredibly smooth and efficient. Much of the credit goes to the superb team of Ms. Katrina Wu, who was our sales contact, and Ms. Annie Qiu, who handled the shipping and delivery logistics. We greatly appreciated how they always kept us informed and how all our questions and concerns were promptly answered every single time. Thank you to you both for making the whole process super easy and unbelievably stress-free! You are without a doubt the best brand ambassadors for the company! The shipping transit time to California was a little less than 3 weeks, and a few days more passed for the shipment to be then delivered. Everything arrived well packaged in sturdy wood crates and with no missing items! It should be mentioned that a forklift is required at the delivery site to unload the crates, and this is the responsibility of the customer.
