Anbernic support team refuses to help…
Anbernic support team refuses to help me with a device that failed right out ot the box. I did everything they suggested, including going beyond and troubleshooting. They refuse to send me a new unit or parts for repairs. They keep dodging me. Do yourself a favor, if you want retro games just buy them for real or use a computer. These cheap, Chinese handheld devices dont last more than a few days to a few months.
