We did Langkawi- Perth with layover on KL. Our first flight from Langkawi to KL was rescheduled to be. 5 hours earlier, which we made work. The second flight from KL to Perth had 5 hours delay, we were never notified by the airline, got stuck in Kuala Lumpur in the middle of the night, staff was extremely rude, and even the delayed flight departed hours later. Don’t fly with Batik air
