Customer Service at its best!
After purchasing gift certificates for my husband, he ordered jeans and was particularly happy with the fit. More jeans….shirts…more shirts. Wanting to gift him garments for Christmas, (not just a gift card) MTailor’s stellar Customer Service Representative worked diligently to set up my account with my husband’s measurements on file! What a pleasant surprise for him to open a new outfit that is guaranteed to fit! I sincerely appreciate their assistance and commend this company. Awesome job! Plenty more items will be ordered. Thank you!
