Yesterday, August 10 I downloaded and installed the app. So far so good. Got the measurements. Again, so far so good. Found the suit I was going to order and put in my credit card information. Then nothing. The 4digit verification code never came. I was never able to input shipping/billing address. After 3 attempts I tried to make contact with mtailor. Once through the chat via website, twice via email to help@ and support@ and I called a 415 telephone #. Today I called an 888# and it simply didn't go through. If they are legitimately in business it would take some serious convincing.

Very happy with the pants I got they fit perfectly I had a hard time with the measurements at first but was able to get it done with my iPad will continue to buy from them in the future
I don’t like companies that lie about their products. Mtailor claims that they invented the hidden-stretch waistband. Nothing could be further from the truth. A company called Haband invented the “Sansabelt” hidden-stretch waistband back in the 1980s.

Oh my God for sure it was made perfectly to come towards with my body The only discrepancy was the length of the slaves. I contact a customer service and they started to provide me great customer service the correct length for the sleeves. I received a shirt it was a perfect fit.
The concept is great, although the measuring process is a little wonky. it took three tries to get the fit right, but I have to say that the staff was great, and the process was very supportive and comfortable. I do intend to order more cloths from MTailor in the future.
I was pleasantly surprised at the initial accuracy of the fit and astounded at the rapid turn around on the alteration tweak. Outstanding all around . I love the blazer and it’s the first one that I have found easy to wear.
The suit fits perfect! I spent so much money on suits from othet companies just getting tailored alone and they still fit sub par. I will not order clothes from another company. I have spent 5 to 10k on fitted suits and my MTailor suit fits just as well. So happy I found them!
My experience with M Tailor has been great. The customer service fit my needs just like my new t shirts do. My shirts fit better than any of the off the shelf t shirts where one size fits all that I have had in the past .
I’ve purchased several items from MTailor in the last couple years-Jeans, dress shirts, sports shorts.
First of all, their system is easy to use. They have a good selection of clothes and customer service is superb. Shipping and receiving has never been a problem and it is easy to communicate. They respond quickly. I’ll be using MTailor in the future. I highly recommend them.

I’m not an easy fit, and buying pants can be challenging for me. MTailor’s first pair needed some adjustments, but their remake process was straightforward. The second pair, after washing as recommended, fits well and are quite comfortable.

I always had my suits tailored and this is the first one I did not have to touch. Amazing from a video on the app. Just received my first pair of jeans from them. First pair since I was in college that I don't need a belt with.
This was the first time I ordered a dress coat over the internet. I was skeptical of using the Iphone method of getting my measurements. But when I received the coat it fit perfectly, seriously.
I wanted to try it first before I order a suit from them, which I will certainly do in the near future.
