They made me a vest a year after I orded the rest of the suit. Perfect match.

Unfortunately, neither the fit nor the material is very impressive. After this experience, I'd rather invest somewhere else a little more in a better fit and higher quality.
The quality of the materials is lousy
The quality of the materials is lousy. The cotton is so transparent that my skin can be seen from distance. The sleeves had loose and frayed threads. The price is way too high for the quality of the materials. The price did not include the additional tax that I had to pay for the imported item. They never mentioned this. I had to buy another shirt for my wedding. For a way lower price I bought a Nautica brand shirt with superior quality. Don’t waste your money buying their products. Look for a brand that allows you to see the product in advance before paying.

I make hundreds of purchases from online custom tailors. I use Proper Cloth, My Tailor, Tailor Store, and many others. Hockerty seems to be the most reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. I once had an issue with a jacket, and instead of making me pack and return it, they referred me to a local tailor, at their own cost, which I appreciated.

DON'T ORDER - YOU'LL BE STUCK WITH CUSTOMS FEES!!!!
Ordered customer loafers and I received a message from UPS that I would have to pay $50.75 to release the shoes from customs. UPS reduced the fee by $12 for advanced payment. When I placed the order, there was no information stating that the shoes would incur customs charges. This is deceptive selling. Hockerty's support page has a process to recoup customs fees; therefore, they know the custom fees are going to be charged. An honorable company would announce that before purchase to the buyer. I will not do business with Hockerty again because I don't want to pay ransom to get my goods released to me and then try to be reimbursed. I also intend to immediately list the shoes on Ebay. A very disappointing experience. Beware.

Poor fitting suit despite measurements
Despite me giving very detailed and accurate measurements, the suit still fit very poorly, as if the measurements were just guessed at. The pants did fit well, however. For the high price, I recomend finding a local tailor if possible. I feel like I wasted $700

Change in quality
I have ordered 4 suits from Hockerty. The first two suits were excellent, the material was great, the fit was perfect and I continue to enjoy them. the last order i made for two additional suits were okay. I had to bring the pants from each of the suits to a local tailor to have them taken in. They were extremely big, and the quality of the buttons has seemed to decrease since my first two suits and made the suits look cheaper. All and I in my opinion I have seen a decrease in quality since I first started using Hockerty.

I was somewhat skeptical about ordering clothes without trying them on, but was intrigued by Hockerty's sophisticated measuring tool – as well as the wide choice of details. I needed a formal dress for a concert, so I gave it a try – and must confess I was positively surprised by the outcome: the cloth is beautiful, the dress fits perfectly and is carefully crafted.

The jacket was completely too small
The jacket was completely too small. I got measured by a professional Tailor and provided these measurements to you. The pants are ok but the jacket was terrible. I have a wedding and I was relying on this. I SPENT 600, disastrous for me.

The fit is great
The fit is great. I'm so impressed. My husband has scoliosis and it still fits perfectly and looks wonderful on him. However, I thought I had ordered the vest and pants to match the color and fabric of the blue jacket but they do not. I think the website must be confusing and switched fabrics somehow when I was ordering. The gray vest color doesn't look great with the black pinstriped pants.

Trousers for very tall guy
I’m 6’8” and 220lbs. The trousers I ordered were phenomenal. Material and cut was perfect. Slight size mix up but that was my fault. They took great care of my mistake when it wasn’t their fault at all. I will be ordering from them again. From time of order until receiving the item was very fast considering it’s made to order.

I had issues with the fit of a suit jacket. I submitted two service requests and heard nothing. I was finally connected to the Service Manager who said he would help me. He asked for some photos. I submitted the photos and never heard from him again. After yet more emails asking what was going on I was contacted by someone else who gain asked for the information I had already submitted 3 times. I have still never heard from the Service Manager.
