I had to call your customer support as I placed an order and I did not receive a confirmation. Apparently I put all my info in and it did not show. The person helping me was very helpful with excellent customer service skills. I do not remember her name but she. Should be commended.she helped me settle the problem in a timely matter. It was apparently my fault as I did not hit the place order hard enough and the order never went. She was pleasant and professional. Order went and I now have an order number.
Received my first Honeylove bra several weeks ago...big change for me, as I've been wearing underwire bras for most of my "boob life!" The sizing was very accurate & fits perfectly. Not sure if the separation is as good as an underwire, but extremely comfortable. I ordered a second bra in a different color, which was described differently than what was delivered. Long story short, I was in communication with Honeylove. Their customer care service, Elizabeth, in particular, is extraordinary, from resolving the issue to extending me a full refund, no questions asked. Immediate follow up...very professional company (headquartered in the USA, a big + for me!). I'm a "forever" customer!

I am not one to purchase a bra off the internet and not actually seeing it. I tend to stick with what I am used to. Therefore, after numerouse reviews of the website and looking at reviews from customers, i decided to make my first purchase with Honeylove. I couldn't figure out what style was best for me. I had to go to another website to figure out my bra size. The color selections weren't described well. Discounts weren't easy to apply. So confortable bras!! You dont feel you wear somerhing!Already buy 6 of them! Just the tracking system is a little bit slow, No updates for about 5 days, do you dont know where the order is. But supportteam always helpful with that

I'm still in the process of trying to return the items, do not fit well. My first contact was good and I was provided a shipping label. I accidentally deleted it. To replace it has been very difficult and I still do not have a replacement label that was promised over a week ago. I'm very frustrated.

It took less than 5 minutes to find exactly what I was looking for and place my order. Recommendation would be to show photos of the crossover straps on the crossover bra. I did have to Google to make sure I was ordering the right one.

Definitely disappointed. Purchased 3 in total and the only one that worked was the wired. The other two without wire are basically over priced sports bra. The crossover claimed no uniboob. That one was the worst. They are comfortable and soft however.

I bought the tummy shaper thong. My advice to anyone would be to buy the bodysuit. Depending on what your wearing, the underwear will smooth you down but leave a spillage from the preassure where ever it ends. In my case, the “spill” is at the top by my bra line and a bit is noticeable on the thighs as well. If you were wearing a pencil skirt you would notice.

The order process and shipping time was excellent (as was the recyclable packaging) unfortunately I am seeking a refund for my order as the product while well made etc just did not fit me properly.
