The first box was fine but then when I tried to edit the second box their ridiculous excuse for AI sent me around in circles. I like the service and my first box but I just wanted to edit my order and found it impossible. If you call their Customer Service # you get a message to visit their website and go through AI Bot. Grief! that is not customer service. They seem to want to make it impossible to talk to a real person to get any information or actual HELP. Needless to say I cancelled my subscription. Martha, shame on you!
