unreliable platform and awful host experience
Very unreliable platform and awful experience on 22-Oct-2025.Host cancelling during pickup. I book a convertible car for few hours to surprise my son on his birthday with all plans in place. I get the confirmation from host on DriveLah and the charges are deducted from my account. As I reach all the way to the venue and call the host, he conveniently say he is not interested as he overlooked the hourly offerings and comfortably dishonouring the booking, and all the more he ask me to cancel stating he is not reachable. It’s no less than a fraud. DriveLah customer care was helpless and the only help they offered is to cancel from their end which was a joke. People rely on services and platform because they are meant to eliminate such issues. I even proposed to pay double. It is not about money or refund, it’s about the trust and in my case I planned to pick my son from a venue as a surprise and the entire plan was ruined. Felt very embarrassing in the last. As a platform, there must be some policies and legal coverage. There seems to be none here and so far the DriveLah has not reached out to me on this matter.. Disappointing and Unreliable platform and host.
