I recently bought boxing gloves for my son. I tried to add shin guards 1-2 after to avoided paying another $15 for shipping. Customer rep wasn’t helpful at all told me there is nothing he could do for me at all. He told me that my order already shipped and I asked if they had any promo codes to avoid paying for shipping again in which he said no you have no options besides to pay for shipping. I’ve told him that I’ve purchased numerous things from the site is there anything he can do to help? And his reply was NO. Horrible customer service experience literally didn’t even try to do anything to help. The situation just told me everything he can’t do.
