Shocking customer service avoid everyone!
Paid for order beginning of July order was apparently dropped off at the pick up shop but I got there no parcel so reported it to venum to salma and after 32 emails back and forth I’ve been fobbed off no refund and no order and they know the parcel is missing but keep saying there waiting for ups to send it back to them but how can you send a parcel back what’s been lost so I still have no refund and no order and provided all proof and they scam you no refund no order after 5 weeks trying to sort this back and forth. Had to report to my back for a charge back cos there scammers it’s disgusting service and can provide all proof so everyone avoid shopping here if you don’t wanna be ripped off go elsewhere

Poor quality Velcro on £60 gloves that now need replacing after 6 months
Incredibly disappointed with Venum’s customer service. I bought my son a pair of £60 boxing gloves for Christmas that he has used once a week since January. In the last two weeks the Velcro has completely failed and won’t grip at all. The rest of the gloves look as new- but the gloves are now unusable. Venum simply say ‘defects need to be reported within 1 month’- well the defect wasn’t apparent at the 1 month stage! I certainly won’t be buying any products from this company going forward.
I'd seen a few positive mentions of this store before and decided to give it a try. I was kept informed at every stage of the order, from confirmation to delivery. I compared this store against a few alternatives and the pricing was very competitive. A minor delay in dispatch, but the item arrived in good shape. Good overall — the minor issues don't take away from what was a positive experience.

Very disappointed with Venum. The website stated a delivery time of 3 working days, yet over a week later my order is still sitting in a warehouse awaiting dispatch.
After contacting customer service, I was told I may have to wait another week before it is even shipped. Had I known this, I would have bought from a local UK MMA store instead.
Poor delivery times and poor customer service. Once the items finally arrive, I'll likely resell them and shop elsewhere in future.

Great Quality & Customer Support
My husband doesn't like shopping and rarely asks for clothing, but after watching UFC he asked me to look into getting him some shorts from Venum. I ordered about 4 pairs thinking then he had some options incase he didn't like the fit of any of the styles. He liked all the shorts, especially the cotton ones, and all were true to size. I did also order him a UFC 250 hat and a t-shirt. The hat was perfect, and had a great silicone stamp-like emblem that is really cool. The shirt was a little tight, as I usually order him XL and we had to exchange it for a XXL. The exchange process was super easy and the support was phenomenal. Would totally recommend this brand for high quality clothing and ease of use with shopping and the customer service.
Really poor quality and then I've encountered equally poor customer service
First time buying venom gloves and was expecting them to be better than my old rdx and everlast gloves considering they were 3x more expensive.
One glove ripped in a very odd spot i didn't even notice it straight away but its obviously a fault with the stitching and or material as the other glove is near mint
Only used lightly 2-3 hrs a week for 5 months
My simple request to look into this matter was shut down and the CSA keeps saying it's wear and tear....... so that means Venum gloves aren't designed to even last 6 months?!!
The items came in a good timeframe and were nice. However I needed to return some that I had bought to compare and the website said they accepted returns.
I returned £100 worth of goods at a cost of £45 international shipping using the printed labels Venum supplied me with. We are now 7 weeks later, no answer to a lot of my emails, being told that they have not received the items even though the tracking number displayed proves they have. The language barrier on the phone helpline makes it even more difficult. As it stands I have nowhere to turn. I cannot claim a parcel that is not lost and the company deny having it so I am currently out £150. Most expensive workout gear I have ever had!! I would never order from them again based on this experience, which is such a shame as I actually really like the products. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
Very disappointed. Decided to try for the first time. Order was delayed until one of the items went out of stock. After that , delaying again and again. 7 days , but the status of the order hevent changed. I would not recommend. Contavting customer service for help or to speed up the delivery is pointless.

As for the website everything seems fine. Just made my first order, will update my review as soon as I can.
Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service from Venum.
I purchased a pair of Venum boxing boots for my son as a premium product, expecting far better durability for the high price paid. My son trains only 3 times a week for around 1 hour each session, so the boots have been used under completely normal conditions.
After only around 4 months, the inside lining on BOTH boots had worn away almost completely down to the hard material underneath, causing pain and injury to his feet during training. The boots are now uncomfortable and unsafe for him to continue using.
What makes this even worse is that before these, my son used a £29 pair of Lonsdale boxing boots under the exact same training conditions, and those lasted well over a year and are still usable today. So for a supposedly premium brand, this level of durability is shocking.
I contacted Venum customer service, provided photographs and explained everything fully, but the issue was repeatedly dismissed as “normal wear and tear.” No real help, no goodwill gesture, and no accountability whatsoever.
Very disappointing experience overall. Based on the quality of the product and the way the complaint was handled, I would not purchase Venum footwear again.
