Not the best, but not bad
We've are a household of two adults that have been doing dinner boxes for a year now, and we get a box delivered on a weekly basis. We have tried different companies and always ended up circling back to Dinnerly because of a couple of things: less packaging, and easy to use app. Sadly, we have encountered a lot of recurring issues, that even though have always been resolved in time and manner, is getting annoying and left us disappointed more than once: Boxes arrived one day late for a whole month, with one of those times food being completely spoiled and box full of bugs; a lot of missing items, damaged ingredients, and protein quality (chicken and beef cuts) is usually bad so I end up having to go to the store to replace those items at least 2 out of 4 boxes. All being said, I don't think we will part ways with the service since the support has always taken care of our issues, and the amount of work they save me by not having to meal plan and shop is worth the minor inconveniences.
