all I had to do was specify the European number I needed to call Callshake was smart enough not to require only the country code and number ...Skype used to insist on extra zeros and ones preceding the number. Callshake looked at my system and the outgoing line options I have and just went ahead ...smoothly. I like the option to specify Record or get a text log. I was calling a traditional land line and sound quality was good with no noticeable latency.
