Inept beyond belief
They charged me for two accounts for months and could not figure out how to fix it. When I finally closed my account because of the multitude of issues with them (using their online account closure process) they not only didn't close my account, but attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars in additional fees. The person I spoke with to try and resolve was the nastiest person I've ever had the displeasure to speak with. She was so awful that it was actually comical. They refused to acknowledge that their system is broken or to take responsibility for their sub-par technical (stuck in the 90s?) issues. Avoid at all costs.
