Not reliable
I sent messages to the Dr. who never once replied to me? Six months of treatment without losing any weight was a complete waste of money. Finally, someone responds, but it’s customer service? OK, NOT a Dr., but they say they will switch me to tirzepatide. Ok, price increase (when I was locked into one specific price from the beginning?) Well, I guess I have to do it, because apparently they are overloaded and unable to respond. Frustrating. Now, I login, because I should have another shipment coming, and I learn that there was a migration??? Had NO email for that. Not in spam. And what is happening? My health is on the line here, does anybody even care?
