Customer Service is A++
Lou was amazing...He helped me troubleshoot and solve my issue in no time. He also followed up to make sure my frame was working correctly and to find out if I had any other needs. Nixplay has some of the best customer service of any company I've dealt with in recent years. Most "customer service" is phone trees and endless transfer to a void with no resolution. Not Nixplay!
