Unacceptable business practices
This company is genuinely terrible. I order one of their silicone realistic butt masturbators on 05/06/26 and 4 days later I still hadn't even received an update on if my package was being shipped. They claim they have 48 hour shipping but that's clearly a lie and when I emailed them to get an update about my order they had audacity to tell me it was out of stock and they wouldn't be restocked until June 4th... So if I hadn't emailed them I assume I would've just been in the dark about my order for a month then right? why does their website still give you the option to buy something that's out of stock? And that's not even the worse part, they gave me option to change my order and I naively agreed thinking things would be better but they only got worse... Since I've talked to them, my order still hasn't arrived almost 2 full week laters because I believe they drop ship from China. Do yourself and favor and never give this company your business because they suck at pretty much everything tbf. If anyone responds from bestvibe responds to this, no I won't be removing my negative review and so you know I'm not lying here's my order number for you to look over if you want proof of how negligent you are.
