Awful.
Awful.From the moment I ordered, NOTHING is or has gone as I was told it would. Including the product, for which I paid to have overnighted, took a few days longer to arrive for a VERY sick animal. And then somehow I was put on auto ship. And now, over a week later and several phone calls later, I still do not have the overnight credit I was promised. And UPS, the shipper, is clueless. STAY AWAY.
