Great experience
So after another major provider of leaf vacuum's failed to ship my order after 5+ months I contacted Cyclone Rake and spoke with Waymon. He listened to my complaints and told me he had the Cyclone Classic model I was considering in stock and ready to ship. I asked for a few minutes to cancel my other order and when I called back Waymon gave me guidance on what to expect and placed my order. The next day I came home from lunch with my wife to find all the cartons in front of my garage. It took a few hours to assemble but it was just about being careful. Now we are fulling in to leave season in Northern NY and I've done 35 loads of leaf clean up and the machine is great. My old machine clogged every few loads. So far only 3 clogs and all because I tried to over fill the machine, so all on me. The best part is it fits fully assembled into my shed with my lawn tractor. Love it. Thanks Cyclone Rake.
