The good and the bad.....too much bad
The good and the bad......too much bad. The good - When I arrived (10-18), the driver helped me find a parking spot in a very crowded parking lot. He is nice, informative and engaging. The bad - on my return (10-26) it was raining a bit, the driver just dropped us all off at the entrance and we all had to walk to our vehicles. If the weather would have been worse, I would have been even more unhappy. As I left the person in the both never looked at me or even asked if I needed help, no engagement what so ever. Neither person were friendly, helpful or even seem to care about the customer. It seems that if you would like people to return you should treat them with respect, kindness and gratitude....like the first driver did.
