Had an inverter fail
Had an inverter fail. After a few tests Lia had a shipping label to me to return the unit. A new unit was issued right away to replace the defective one. Lia at Customer Service was very kind and always quick to respond. We need more people that are customer focused like Lia is. 5 stars.
