I'm a new Termly user and jumped straight into creating policies without reading any instructions. My assigned support agent responded very quickly and helpfully, pointing me to the right screens and account settings to address my issues. He was very friendly and gave me great tips that helped me understand how the account works a little better, so I can manage the policies myself in the future without assistance.
