Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Didn’t help at all sent me a pack of extensions missing a weft wouldn't send a replacement weft only sent a small partial refund. Used these about 10 times if that and one of the wefts the clips already all broke * EDIT* the reply is crap, I clearly stated there was a resolution and it was garbage. And zero resolution for the broken clips on the crappy wefts they sent
